Fiona McLinnon

BCom, MBA, Founder and Director

Fiona McKinnon is the founder and Managing Director of ACT Finance Solutions, with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. During her early career she was quickly promoted as first female Commercial Manager in Australia at Barclays Bank. After two decades, Fiona felt unfulfilled with the lack of focus on customer needs in the banking industry. To reconcile this disconnect, Fiona launched ACT Finance Solutions in 2012, servicing the ACT, South Coast and surrounding regions with all business and home loan broker needs.

As a seasoned financier, helping her clients get the best solutions for their tailored circumstances is at the heart of Fiona’s business. ACT & Broulee Finance Solutions is supported by a talented team, including Abby who has been working with Fiona for over 7 years. Outside of work, you’ll find Fiona training for triathlons as she prepares to represent Australia at the 2023 World Triathlon in Spain. If she’s not exercising, Fiona’s enjoying her time at Broulee and with her beautiful children and doggos.

Abegail Sablayan

SENIOR LOAN CONSULTANT

Abegail Hipolito Sablayan – or ‘Abby’ – is a Senior Loan Consultant at ACT & Broulee Finance Solutions. Having initially entered the finance industry as an IT support specialist for Award Mortgage, the small team environment pushed Abby to rapidly diversify her skillset to manage property data and backend mortgage tools. Drawn to the dynamic challenges of the financial industry, Abby looked to further grow her career. She was hired in 2016 as a Finance Assistant to Fiona, becoming the first employee at ACT & Broulee Finance Solutions – and she hasn’t looked back since!
